I bought several bags and accessories for myself and friends. Until a few months ago I was satisfied. Unfortunately due to a problem with a backpack, I can say that the after-sales service is catastrophic! The zip on my bag has deteriorated after a year of use. As there is a 2 year guarantee, I went to the shop at the very beginning of February and ask them if it was possible to have it repaired. It was supposed to last 2 weeks. Finally at the beginning of March, still no bag repaired. Then with the lockdown, I had to wait until May to get it back. I realized that the repair had been badly done and that it was impossible for me to open or close the bag. So I had to return it to the workshop to have a new repair. But finally, they told me at the end of July that the workshop couldn't do anything. I asked, as European law says, to have a solution. Either an exchange or a refund of the unusable bag, or payment on invoice for a repair. Everything was refused to me. The person in charge asked me to prove that there was a problem with the zip when I bought it. A shame! So having a bag that after a year can no longer be opened is apparently normal. She offered me a 10% voucher for my next purchase. A joke! So I will never go back and I'll know how to get bad publicity. It's a shame because a satisfied customer is one who comes back and gives the address. Apparently they don't need customers. In any case, my bag was repaired for 40 euros in a workshop in Berlin by competent people. Again, much more competent than the Gusti Leder repair workshop. It's a pity because the products are beautiful and the salespeople are nice. But when the after-sales service is so bad, it's best to avoid it. Problems can happen to any manufacturer. But putting the blame on the customer is really a proof of big incompetence.

Very nice shop. I was thinking about the bag for 2 weeks and bought it. Quality is wow. Let's see how it will work in few moths. Stuff was little bit unexperienced, but super friendly. But no tax free. What I like a lot - free possibility to create your own tiny stuff using the rest. We did bookmark. If you are going to make master-classes there, guys, let me know! And keep going!
